Low carb life. It has to happen.

I’ve been addicted to sugar forever. This is not news:) and several times I’ve tried to lower my carb intake. Then beer happens.LOL.
I’m gonna give this another shot but in a gradual way. Add more protein. Pass on the bread basket… Opt for green vegetables instead of potatoes. Maybe only ONE beer instead of 3. (!?!) Overcome the need to eat sugar eventually. Wish me luck:)
