Here’s my favorite gym-go-to! the AMT can be used like a stairstepper, an elliptical, and- when you put all of your effort into it, including using the arm pedals, and really lean forward into the machine, it simulates a full on run without the impact on your knees and ankles. If I stay on this for an hour, I usually burn 700+ calories. It works almost every muscle in the body! It’s a butt blaster for sure. Give it a try if your gym has these! A little awkward at first, but is so worth it.
